Hi There. Going to try this tomorrow, but have a few questions…

Plain or self raising flour?
3/4 cups of sugar; is this white caster sugar?
2 cups of powdered sugar; is this icing sugar?

In reply to Elsie. No piping tip is necessary! You grab a regular piping bag and poke about 5 small holes around the tip of the bag and voila!
