So far you haven’t answered the question. I would think if you put any kind of paper INSIDE the jar then add fire from a candle it would catch the photo on fire. Why doesn’t it??

It doesn’t seem like you would be able to use an actual photograph as I don’t think those would glow. Glossy photographs are not very transparent.
