Over 83,500 Vintage Sewing Patterns Are Now Available Online

Good sewing patterns are not easy to find, but the Internet is a great resource when you are in search of something very specific. Now you can have access to a great online collection of vintage sewing patterns, some that are even 25 years old.

You can find the collection on the Vintage Pattern Wiki website, which includes more than 83,500 patterns and is an online library of fashion history. This is an open-source webpage so anyone can add new patterns and update the collection, which means it is growing bigger and bigger every day.
And the best part of the library is that it is amazingly well organized, splitting the patterns by decades, garment type, and even designers.

This is a great resource for both fashion students and fashion enthusiasts, featuring also famous brands such as Dior and Givenchy.
So, if you have a sewing machine at home you can easily recreate or even reinterpret these iconic designs and give them a whole new twist.
