Spray bowl or cup with olive oil spray, and I cook eggs in the microwave all the time and have no issues, also how is the different from an omelette? And we all know if you don’t tell a man it’s hot he will eat it and burn himself.

Did your husband not know something coming out if the microwave might possibly be hit??? Logic says if it’s hot, let it cool down a bit. That’s almost like people complaining about pizza being hit when it just came out of a 425° oven.
