I saw this idea on cakecentral and I decided to share with you. This is a 13 cupcake rose bouquet cupcake tutorial. Very Simple to make.

What you need:

  • glue gun
  • 4oz plastic cups
  • stapler
  • cake board,
  • 13 cupcakes
  • buttercream icing
  • wrapping paper
