Actually, the trick lies in using an iron on the dent. Surprisingly, the steam from the home appliance will make your dent push back out of the wood. Additionally, you will require a rag or t-shirt and water. Be careful though, you mustn’t iron the piece of wood directly; that’s where the rag and water come in handy.
