Located in in Campinas, a Brazilian city of São Paulo State, this 4,410 square foot contemporary home was completed by Studio Pupogaspar Arquitetura. The home was entitled Residencia NJ and combines state-of-the-art technology with luxurious decors. Surrounded by imposing palm-trees, the white building gives away a holiday-like atmosphere, an impression enhanced by the numerous terraces, large swimming pool and many windows.

Located in Brazilia, Brazilia this contemporary structure was a project developed by Macedo, Gomes & Sobreira. The house occupies an area of 355 square meters and sits on a 800 square meter lot. The most impressive part of the design is the base. The house appears to be floating. It’s because it is almost fully elevated on piers. This was a strategic decision and this way the owner has opened the house to views above the neighbors’ roofs.
