$100K Calliope Tiny House has 3 Bedrooms, L-Kitchen, and Spacious Bathroom

The $100K Calliope tiny house on wheels, offered by the Mint Tiny Home Company, is a stunning 34-foot dwelling that seamlessly combines beauty with functionality. The exterior boasts Painted LP Smartside Lap Siding, lending a sleek and modern aesthetic, while vertical wood panelling on the interior enhances the warm and inviting atmosphere. This well-crafted tiny house opens up through a single full-length glass exterior door, leading into the spacious L-shaped kitchen. The kitchen features butcher block veneer countertops, providing ample space for culinary endeavours, and comes equipped with high-quality appliances, such as a Furrion RV Propane Oven and a cooktop with a hood fan.

Full-depth kitchen cabinets with soft-closing doors/drawers offer convenient storage, and a single ceramic apron front kitchen sink simplifies cleaning tasks. The stainless electric fridge ensures efficient food preservation. Despite its compact size, the Calliope tiny house manages to incorporate three bedrooms into its well-designed interior. The main-floor bedroom, situated opposite the kitchen, comfortably accommodates two people. Above the kitchen, a loft serves as the second bedroom, while another loft positioned above the main-floor bedroom provides additional sleeping space, allowing the tiny house to comfortably sleep six people.

Both loft areas are accessible via a removable ladder. Separating the main-floor bedroom and the kitchen is the cozy living room, adorned with painted white interior walls, ceiling, and trims that enhance the elegance of the space. Tempered glass windows throughout the living room provide natural light and picturesque views. The living room is furnished with a sofa and other pieces that prioritize comfort and entertainment without compromising on space or style. The Calliope tiny house is a testament to meticulous design and functionality, offering a luxurious living experience on wheels.
