An Old Clock Tower Converted Into a Penthouse in Brooklyn, New York

Penthouses are by default stunning, but what do you call an old tower transformed into a penthouse? It is simply magical! This old clock tower was turned into a breathtaking apartment that is worth $18 million. It is located in Brooklyn, New York and the luxurious residence is a hidden treasure of the hip DUMBO neighborhood. The penthouse is part of an industrial building and was designed by the creative mind behind DUMBO, named David Walentas. But let’s talk a bit about the interior. This amazing residence has a size of 6,813 square, displayed on 3 floors and its owner will have a 360 degrees view of New York. The highlight of the penthouse is represented by the 4 clocks that have been installed on the rounded windows of the tower. Take a look at the amazing gallery photo of this apartment.
