Gaze over Norway’s wild fjords and lush valleys from these birdboxes for humans

Norway is known for its beautiful sceneries and forests, so it might be the best spot in the world if you want to relax and isolate yourself. Its coastlines are also spectacular, with amazing fjords surrounded by cliffs and glaciers.
A company called Livit thought about incorporating minimalistic accommodations in the Norwegian scenery and created “birdboxes for humans” which provide shelter and let you enjoy the breathtaking views.
The interior of the birdboxes has also been inspired by nature’s colors and the main designer behind them is Torstein Aa, who already won several prizes with his sightseeing vessel named “Vision of the Fjords”.
The birdboxes will be installed in hardly accessible places, so that they can offer visitors a truly unique experience. They will be placed in these spots with the help of a helicopter and by leaving a minimal impact on the surroundings.
The birdboxes are built from a material that can resist any weather conditions so that each visitor can feel safe and enjoy the comfort of a hotel room.
So far, there have been two birdboxes installed on the West coast of Norway and these can be booked from the Livit website or through Airbnb.
The company is planning to install several other birdboxes in the Norwegian forests, so more people can have access to them.
