He Builds a Greenhouse from Old Windows

If you want to install a new greenhouse in your yard, here is a clever idea for you. The project comes from Instructables user Kirklewellen, who needed a greenhouse but did not want to invest into new glass. So instead, he found and bought old windows and transformed these. Some of the windows were transformed and some fixed together in order to create the structure of the greenhouse. But the biggest challenge was to bend and fix these pieces in a way that would help the owner capture a significant amount of sunlight. As you can see below, he did a great job and the small greenhouse looks great.

The greenhouse measures 12′ X 12′ and is almost 12′ tall at the highest point.

Great piece and I know now how I want to build my greenhouse. With an almost unlimited amount of antique windows this is a business opportunity for someone to hit a grand slam with!
