Where in the heck did you get this info? As a 37 year insurance agent, I can tell you, if it’s installed properly, there is NO issue with your insurance!!
Yes! my homeowners insurance specifically states no wood stoves. I bet some insurances include unconventional stoves.

Truly awesome..I had to part with my Early Kooka when the gas supply changed in 1983..and have always regretted it.
If you want one Elmira Stove Works in Elmira, Ontario (Canada) makes these with modern efficiency abiding by ULC codes and modern gas and electrical fittings

I miss the antique stove we had in our first house (in fact, I wanted to buy the house because of the stove). It wasn’t as fancy as the ones here, but it was still lovely, with lots of chrome, tick-tock timer, and a back light. I wish we had taken it with us when we moved out of state.
I see only 3 stoves. Are there more? I can’t find a forward button.
I have a 1950 Crosley stove my parents bought new I still use it but would love to have it reconditioned any one know who does this? I live in Ohio.
