Playing outside is a crucial part of development for any human beings. With urban landscape taking much of space reserved for unrestricted play, the ones who have a backyard are blessed. Your creative area has just gotten larger and the next DIY project will let you tap into that. Playing with cars is a thing kids usually like. But once they will see the race car tracks you’ve set up in your backyard, they will love it instantly. The project is quite easy to complete, as you can see in the pictures. After a bit of digging, some assembly of the tracks and landscaping, the play area you’ve decided is ready to use. Your kids will spend hours of fun into the DIY project you made with your own hands and a helping hand of creativity from us.

Can you please send me new or latest updates on homes design
Great idea and love anything that encourages kids to play outside, and parents to use their imagination along with repurposed materials. Buy what you need…sell what you don’t
Such structured Play… I remember when being a kid in the 70’s, we would make our own tracks; we’d do this ourselves.
What is used to make the black roads…. Looks like real ashphalt.
it is poured concrete and painted black… white paint for the road lines.
So the pictures are nice but they don’t sag what they used. The very first picture and the last one…. what did they use?
Hi! Have a question about the car-track in the garden! What have they use, or wich material in the photo with the black track?? Need all help we can get! THANKS! So awsome thing to do for the kids.

poured concrete painted black road lines are white paint
Where do you find these kits?
not a kit, they are just plain old bricks and landscaping pavers. just add a bit of paint .
not a kit.. pretty simple to do:
draw out YOUR desired roadway design…. use small shovel/spade/garden hoe to dig out the shape you want——-^^^^^^ Have quick drying concrete ready to mix… pour in concrete. when it dries, use (EARTH FRIENDLY) black paint to give it an ASPHALT LOOK then use white paint for all the road lines.
Where do you find these kits? My grandson would love this!

Awesome, my six boys would love this!!!! 8 is Great!!
Looks like they possibly used wood with chalkboard paint for the track?
They make colored concrete and concrete dye. Check your local hardware store, Lowe’s or Home Depot.
I to would like to kno what the black road is made of please I love the idea an am going to try to combine a race track with trains
How & where do we get these directions or kits to build this kid’s outside race tracks?
What else can I use instead of the concrete? We are renting and would like to be able to remove it.
You can use landscape pavers, bricks or wood…or simply dig out a dirt track. We played in an area that was just plain old dirt growing up. We made our own designs and moved the dirt around to make piles, bridges and tunnels.
