We saw these at the Mother Earth News fair in 2014. They do seem to be a great idea, but I agree at the price they’re asking not as affordable as a basic solar oven which could be make with a cardboard box and some tin-foil.

I agree with others. Until the price comes down, even the poor of this country can not do more than hope. If the widows and the senior citizens can not buy it, how can the poor in Africa or Asia hope to have one?
