NASA recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Chandra X-ray Observatory by releasing 25 stunning, never-before-seen photographs captured by the telescope. Launched in 1999, Chandra was designed to observe high-energy regions of the universe, such as exploding stars and other cosmic phenomena.
