why the tub? I would make it a shower and give the kitchen nore space for storage or walking and also save water. I have a smallish adult daughter who would love this but I would need to drop the upstairs down a bit and leave room for insulation in our part of the country. I really like the design, just not really practical for a full-sized adult.
