This dream chair was built by Detroit-based Matt Thompson, who has advanced woodworking skills and created a wine chair with a special lever. Once the lever is pulled, the chair will pour wine directly into the glass of its occupant.
Even though he works as a full-time fire protection assistant at the University of Michigan, Thompson does not neglect his hobby of working with wood. Whenever he has the occasion, he builds something, and the latest project is this out-of-the-ordinary and very practical wine chair.
It took him more than a year to build the chair, and he even posted a video in which his wife is showcasing it, pulling on the lever and pouring herself a glass of wine. Thompson has other peculiar creations as well, such as the chair that will deliver canned drinks from a cooler, which also got a lot of social media attention last year.
