One of the ingredients found in VapoRub is thymol, great in treating toenail fungus. Put a small amount on the affected toenails, getting it into all the nooks and crannies, or even under the nail, if possible. Afterwards, wrap the nail in a band-aid and keep it clean.     My skin on my back is very dry the only thing that reallly helps is Vicks vapo.
    When my ears itch due to hay fever ……….. here comes the vicks. Gogga bites,
    scratches , prick by a rose tree ect, make me itch!!!…….my rescue , natuurlik Vicks.
    Cant be without it!

    Our grandmother(s) put vaporub under our feet,put sicks over it and put US to bed when we have a heavy cold or coming flu.it helos for i do it myself too

    My grandmother used to rub on our throat, chest, and under our feet, if we had a cold or the flu! My mom also rubbed on my babies thighs when they got shots and it helped their muscles.
