Do you know Vicks VapoRub? If yes, then you probably have some unpleasant memories of it, related to illness. But the VapoRub just made everything better, right? Well, how would you like to learn some new and interesting uses for Vicks VapoRub? There are some great alternative uses of this cream which will make some aspects of your life much easier. For instance, it will not only cure you of throat aches, but will also have a positive effect on muscles aches. It can also help you deal with more nasty problems, such as toenail fungus. Who would’ve thought?



The VapoRub is great when used as aromatherapy. Just add to the humidifier’s aromatherapy compartment and allow it to circulate in the entire room. This is considered to be a great way to clear congestions when you are sick, or you can use it just to freshen up your room now and then;

A squeaky door in your home is most often caused by dirty hinges, (if you don’t have WD-40) rub a little VapoRub on the door hinge. VapoRub has a petroleum jelly (also known as Vaseline) base, so it will oil the hinge and stop the squeaks!

    My skin on my back is very dry the only thing that reallly helps is Vicks vapo.
    When my ears itch due to hay fever ……….. here comes the vicks. Gogga bites,
    scratches , prick by a rose tree ect, make me itch!!!…….my rescue , natuurlik Vicks.
    Cant be without it!

    Our grandmother(s) put vaporub under our feet,put sicks over it and put US to bed when we have a heavy cold or coming flu.it helos for i do it myself too

    My grandmother used to rub on our throat, chest, and under our feet, if we had a cold or the flu! My mom also rubbed on my babies thighs when they got shots and it helped their muscles.
