All you gotta do is get some striped panty hose (Walmart sells it) Stuff it with whatever looks most natural to you, stick it into some children’s shoes and then place the end that isn’t stuffed under your welcome mat.
Cut the legs from a pair of striped stockings ($10; welovecolors.com) and stuff them with cotton batting, then glue them underneath a welcome mat and add witchlike shoes.
