The one you have as a “stone” smokehouse is quite obviously a bake oven and not a smokehouse. You should get your facts straight. It would be a little difficult to hang meat with that small iron door, it’s a masonry bake oven which would also be quite cool to have but wouldn’t be much use smoking ham, bacon, or sausages.
