I love the cheesecake video, and would like to make them someday. I need to know how they are taken out of the muffin tins without messing up the top of the cheesecakes. I would think they need to be flipped out. Do you freeze them before taking them out? Thanks in advance for your reply.

The chocolate covered stuffed cheesecake video posted on Facebook shows an available download of Food Network Kitchen. It leads one to believe that the recipe can be found on the app. NO such luck! The recipe isn’t available, only a video with no measurements!! Please fix this problem or Ii will be deleting the app…
