Have your bowl of fruit, ice cream, or mousse and eat it too! If you want to be the lucky owner of such a wonderful dessert, here is what you need to have:

an ice cream bowl pan;
• two and a half cups of all-purpose flour;
• half a cup of unsweetened cocoa powder;
• one teaspoon of salt;
• one cup of unsalted, softened butter;
• one and a half cups of granulated sugar;
• one egg;
• a couple teaspoons of vanilla extract;

And here is what you need to do. Start spraying the pan with vegetable pan while preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Then, mix the flour with salt and cocoa in one bowl, and the sugar with the butter in another bowl. After the contents of the last bowl becomes fluffy, pour in the vanilla extract and beat in the egg. While stirring the mixture, add the cocoa-flour from the first bowl into the second one. Don’t do this all at once, but one cup at a time.

Take the resulting dough out of the bowl and roll it out in a very thin layer. Use a knife to fashion 4 and a half inches circles into the dough and put them into the shapes of the pan, pressing while doing so. Place in the oven for about 15 minutes. Check to see if they’ve become firm and a brown color sooner. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before taking them out from the shapes of the pan. Finally, fill each with ice cream, mousse, or fruit. Delicious!
