We all want an impressive décor for our homes, but the effort required to retransform the rooms is something to approach with a step by step attitude. The most commonly used area and one that need attention in most cases is the kitchen. We chose the countertop and encourage you to try and make this interesting penny countertop with your own hands. The DIY project needs a couple days of work, we won’t lie on this. But the result is quite impressive as you can see from the photos. Learn from other’s experience and follow the instructions provided in order to make the countertop look great in your home’s interior design.
Start with de-laminating the countertop, if that’s the case in your home. Paint it black and be ready to move onto the next step. You could make your pennies shine, even though this will bring their numismatic value down. Use vinegar and salt to soak them for a minute and then rinse with water and baking soda paste. do your research before attempting this project-I found a table top challenging. I cant imagine doing a back splash, floor or counter.
Only thing I see as bad is cutting to pennies because that’s destroying currency. But just gluing them down is not destroying it.
Google would be a great place to start.
