Easy Southern Apple Dumplings Recipe

1 (8 oz.) tube refrigerated crescent roll dough 1 large Granny Smith or Gala apple, peeled and cored
1/2 C. butter
1/2 C. sugar
1/4 C. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 (12 oz.) can Mountain Dew soda
Vanilla or cinnamon ice cream, optional

    Please provide the full recipe, not just the ingredients. The video is nice, assuming one has fast enough internet, but a spelled out recipe is much more useful.

    I’m thinking she could have had the Apple already peeled and cut as I know how to do that. It’s so slow I nearly fell asleep.

    What a shame and disgusting receipe with industrial dough and mountain dew… It’s not cooking, It’s laziness!
