This is not rustoleum paint. Their paint would show up green. This is done with Strontium Aluminate based glow pigments in a clear medium painted over the original painting.

I bought two cans or Rust Oleum glow in the drak paint and sprayed on a flower pot to see if thats what i really wanted, mine was ever glowed. Very disappointed.
