Home Made Vitamin Water

If you aren’t a big fan of plain water or, simply, you want an extra dose of vitamins, then here is an ingenious solution. You can make your own vitamin water using herbs and fresh fruits. All you have to do is to add fruits instead of sugar for a natural sweetener for your water. So, cut the fruit into small chunks or paper-thin slices. Combine ingredients with water and refrigerate 5 hours. Serve over ice. Does raspberry/lime sound tasty? What about watermelon/rosemary? What about pineapple/mint or an all citrus version? Earn health by drinking fresh water!

you can get infusion pitchers that have a piece inside that you can place fruit for soaking. That is if you want to get fancy.

If it don’t want all that stuff free floating I wrap everything up in a bit of cheese cloth and tie it with kitchen twine.
