How long will the fruit roll up last? Refrigerate or dry storage?

    Thank you. Love the instructions.

My sister freezes her homemade fruit roll-ups until Christmas when she puts them in her daughter’s stocking. They stay super fresh that way. Generally, fruit can last about 8-10 months in a freezer, but being dried it can probably last a bit longer than that.

“make sure it doesn’t contain any chemicals”
Everything is a chemical. Oxygen, water, and vitamins are all chemicals. Strawberries even contain things like pelargonidin 3-glucoside. I really wish people would better understand their topics instead of using buzz words.

Your reply is correct, but it seems the “no chemicals” thing has come to mean “no added harmful chemicals”. I like that the amount of sweetener can be controlled in this recipe as I’m diabetic and must track carbs.
