I made an half outdoor half indoor jacuzzi which comfortably could hold 7 people with a depth in the middle of about 1.50 metres, sitting space was made a normal sized bathtub in the middle with a throne of controls at the head top part where the plug hole was, everything got coated with a fluo yellow powder mixed in and on some steam parches some netting was used. As long as your underground has dried properly first otherwise drying cement and others create the cracks and small bursting cracks in the resin coating which can be filled in and coated with another layer. In the winter I remember lying in it with 20 cm of snow round us and it without the cold as a normal cold marble slab. I’d say do a small test and let it check Your winters if worried. Have fun n be clean n don’t pollute please.
