You will need 3-4 vases made of glass, which are transparent. Then go to the closest crafts shop and buy some pens which are fit for drawing on glass.
Then inspired by our pictures below, start making dots on them, lines and all kinds of other shapes that come into your mind. The idea is to have fun and to make them as colorful as possible.

They look like they are just stemless wine glasses. You can get them many places. Probably Michael’s Craft stores? Or Tuesday Morning or Wal-mart, Target, Pier One.
How do you stop the paint coming off?
They make paint pens which can be used on porcelain and glass that you put in the oven at a low temperature and it essentially bakes the color on permanently.
I would put mode podge where the marker is.
What pens did they use on the vases. Type, brand, anything besides glass pens would help.
