Beside this, plastic cups are also a cheap supply, so if you want to make a pretty project without investing a lot try this next one. It is called sparkle ball and you will need an entire set of plastic cups for it. You will have to fix the cups together in order to create a ball shaped, punch holes in the bottom of each cup and insert Christmas lights in each cup afterwards. The result will be a stunning light that will create a beautiful and cozy atmosphere in your room, backyard or party place. I like the sparkle ball. I was wondering what the 2 songs were on the video? Thanks J. R.

These are really pretty. Our community uses them every year
at Christmastime to put on our front lamp posts. They really look festive up and down the streets with multi color lights!

I wonder if white wire would make a cleaner look?

  5. Collin Dennis says:

@Lee Ann: I definitely think it would look great, and definitely have a cleaner look. Green, in my opinion, is an odd color considering the cups are completely transparent and what you see on the inside is a jumbled up green mess. I’m going to the store today (Sunday) to get the supplies for this. And, I’ll be using white wire for it. I’ll let you know how it looks. 🙂
