The list of materials states “decoupage paper”. Decoupage paper is typically a decorative napkin or rice paper. If using a napkin, do not soak in water first. You could also use a copy from your laser printer (not inkjet), but first it should be moistened with water to break down the paper fiber a bit. Hope this explanation helps out.
