Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake Recipe


This next dessert is going to make your mouth water, for sure! The Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake is a perfect recipe you could whip out on a hot summer day. And you won’t have to sweat to prepare it, because it’s very simple to make. Besides the pineapple, the list of ingredients required to make the crust and the cheesecake itself comprises of: one and a half cup of graham cracker crumbs, one tablespoon of sugar, 6 tablespoon of melted butter, four 8-ounce packages of Philadelphia cream cheese, one and 2 thirds of sugar, a quarter of a cup of cup cornstarch, a tablespoon of pure vanilla extract, a couple of extra-large eggs, 3 quarters of a cup of heavy whipping cream.
