I find it so much easier to read and copy a transcript then catch everything on a video without replaying it!

  2. P. Puck says:

The written note says 3 tablespoons of salt, instead of 3 teaspoons, as the baker says.
    3tbs seems kind of steep

I love this idea. I have made crackers (I think they’d last forever as well) but they contained a lot of seeds and I suspect that would lessen the “shelf life”.
If I may, I would suggest flax seeds and hemp hearts, perhaps some coconut oil for more nutritional value. Coconut oil doesn’t lose any nutritional value in cooking but again may lessen shelf life.
I’m going to play with this recipe, thank goodness for the vacuum sealing as well.
You all rock. Thanks for going above and beyond and all that you Army, Navy, Military and Peace keepers do for the rest of the world.
    Love and light.

Is the salt 3 tablespoons or 3 teaspoons? Tablespoons were displayed but teaspoons were mentioned. Good video – thanks.

  5. Keith says:

He says 3 teaspoons of salt, yet the text says 3 tablespoons…
    Which one? 🙂

  6. JJ says:

Could you use protein powder in your flour mixture? I wonder how long they would last with nothing else changed? Coconut oil will definitely lessen the shelf life as I’m sure the seeds & such would.

  7. Deborah Taylor says:

what other suggestion to add ingredients to this would work, say you only want it to last say 25 years. would coconut oil and hemp protien flour work.

  8. Amy Miller says:

isn’t this the same basic recipe for play doh?
