   Looks good and all. My question is what is the black plastic for? If you lay the black plastic down on the ground then it covers up your garden. Unless you use it as a cold frame.

   Can you enlighten me please?

     looks like a permaculture of some kind. To ken ground warmer through cold months. I believe you would plant through it like a weed barrier.

   what a great idea. I have been wondering how to keep the rain off of my electric scooter and not upset my land lords ! Its hard to put it indoors in the summer and it can’t be used in the winter. Thanks a lot.

   I put plastic down then fill with the soil. Helps with weeds.
