Almanac says we’re in for one of the coldest winters in ‘years.’ Should you trust it?

This might be the coldest winter in modern times if the “Old Farmer’s Almanac” can be trusted. The almanac which has a centuries-long tradition, as it runs for 230 years now, has predicted a cold winter for this tough year and they are calling it “the season of shivers”.
Whether the almanac’s predictions are trustworthy or not, is still debatable, but it is sure fun to see that sometimes they get it right. According to their premonition, this will be an icy winter with unusually cold temperatures, especially in New England and in the Ohio Valley. A museum says they gave an artist $84,000 in cash to use in artwork. He delivered blank canvases and titled them “Take the Money and Run.”

Danish artist, called Jens Haaning, was given the astonishing amount of $84,000 by the Kunsten Museum of Modern Art in Aalborg, Denmark to use in one of his artworks. Haaning did something unimaginable and gave the museum two blank canvases, representing his work called “Take the Money and Run”.
